Dare to play Spanish Roulette?

For a limited time at Ambiente Tapas Restaurants you can find locally sourced padron peppers on the menu. Dubbed the ‘Spanish Roulette’ as aproximately one in ten has a slightly spicy kick to it.
Grown just down the road in Wigginton, about 3 miles from their York restaurants they’re picked and delivered on a daily basis.
Serve pan fried with a little oil and sprinkled with sea salt. Not to mention an ice cold Spanish beer or glass of Rose Sangria.
