Experience the very best of The Old Deanery, with their new 6-course tasting menu in the charming cathedral city of Ripon.
Available for the first three months of 2026, this shorter version of their Michelin-recommended tasting menu is designed for those who are looking for a little bit less than the full 9-course experience.
The adapted menu features six of their most popular dishes for just £75 per person, making it perfect for both seasoned food enthusiasts and first-time adventurers.
The Old Deanery boasts three AA Rosettes and is Michelin-recommended. At the end of 2025, it was ranked as the 89th best restaurant in the UK in Harden’s Top 100 Restaurants.
If you loved the original 9-course menu (£95 per person), don’t worry! It will still be available, and you can also add extra courses to both menus to personalise your dining experience.
Who are The Old Deanery, Ripon
Independently owned by Rebecca and Chris, The Old Deanery Ripon offers a warm and friendly atmosphere – you might even spot a toddler or the hotel dog running around during the day.
Housed in a stunning Jacobean mansion, each room features a unique style, and you can even enjoy a mini tour of the ground floor when you come and dine.
