Chow Down in Leeds, the outdoor destination, hailed for its incredible selection of food, drink, and music. October and November lineups are a celebration of street food, live music, stellar DJ’s, booze + good times!
Chow Down Halloween Weekender
From the 28th to the 31st of October, Chow Down will be getting spooky, hosting a Halloween-themed weekend. Festivities will start with TSHA and Norfn Gal bringing to life a night of music on Thursday; followed by Camp returning for a special drag brunch on Saturday; and a day of family fun with Pop Up and Play Halloween workshops, finishing off the weekend with grand finale after-party on Sunday. There will also be Halloween cocktails, fancy dress competitions, roaming entertainment, and of course, an extra special food line-up featuring the likes of Homeboy Pizza, MorMor, BaoBros23 and Sabroso Street.
Chow Down will be undergoing a major change this winter, introducing their very own ‘Winter Village’, which will be upgrading the venue to feature a two-story bar, games room, fire pits, Christmas tipis and much more! Click here for more details.
Music at Chow Down, Leeds
Chow Down will welcome headline DJs Norman Jay, Friendly Fires, Horse Meat Disco, Graeme Park, Raw Silk and DJ Paulette. And for fans of live music, the line-up will include a triumphant return from Mr. Wilson’s Second Liners with Back Chat, as well as New York Brass, New Freedom Gospel and the very special Chow Down House Band.
Food at Chow Down, Leeds
More winter food will come from British Street Food Kitchen’s Posh Street Food and Archchis, as well as returning favourites Summer Sticky Beaks, Bento Box, OnaRoll, Pizza Bus, Nasi Lemak and Luigi Street Food. All that plus a range of new foodie faces, including Korean Grub Club and plenty more to be announced.
Drinks at Chow Down, Leeds
There’s an epic range of drinks on offer to whet your appetite at Chow Down. From local craft beers and spirits to their new in-house cocktail bar, Tipples, which will be on hand with an ever-rotating menu, including Guava & Kiwi Punch, The Chow Down Heavy Sipper, Ribena Margarita, White Chocolate Espresso Martini, a Summer Sangria and many more.
Chow Down Leeds takes place at Temple Arches. Located on Globe Road within the new Temple development in Leeds’ South Bank. Reduce use of public transport by walking down from the city centre via the canal path, or take advantage of the Bike Park available onsite to arrive on two wheels. Temple Arches is a comfortable five to ten minutes’ walk from the southern entrance of Leeds Train Station.
