Situated in the historic mill town of Brighouse in West Yorkshire, Brook's is a modern, no-fuss restaurant, serving food designed to be shared in a relaxed atmosphere.

Brook’s is a restaurant with locality, sustainability and seasonality ideals at its heart, and as such the menu changes regularly to showcase this. From Yorkshire coast seafood to the farming industry of the Dales and Moors. Yorkshire has an abundance of produce they depend on and have a passion for.

Aside from their ever-changing A la Carte and popular Sunday Brunch menus, Brook’s serves an extensive selection of wines, as well as seasonal cocktail menus. Guests not looking to dine can enjoy the relaxed bar area where anyone is welcome to enjoy a drink.

Owners Lauren & Greg met working in the restaurant industry. Their combined love for food and drink drove them to travel and live throughout the world before finally returning to Brighouse. These experiences have come to influence Brook’s style.

Head chef Dan is Yorkshire born, however, has worked extensively throughout the UK. With 20 years of experience working in professional kitchens at a high-level, Greg and Lauren recognised him as the person to help drive the restaurant forward.
