Steered by Head Chef duo, Callum and James, each plate laid at your table sings of skill. Winners of East Yorkshire’s REYTA awards for Restaurant of the Year and Hotel of the Year, Tickton Grange is proud of its reputation for creating very special menus from high-quality local foods.

Working under the guidance of Executive Chef David Nowell, Calum progressed rapidly from his original junior sous chef position at Winteringham Fields, whilst James rejoined the brigade after a spell at the Pipe and Glass and Dean Court in York, where he was Head Chef. Both innovative and progressive chefs, they have introduced exciting new formats into Hide Restaurant, Afternoon Teas and Tickton Grange’s Wedding and Events collection.

The hotel’s newly renovated Farmstead is the perfect area for events, special occasions and weddings with relaxed country food at its heart.
