The Michelin Starred and renowned Black Swan at Oldstead is headed up by chef Tommy Banks of Roots. With Black Swan having gained the star in 2012 under chef Adam Jackson, Banks took over in 2013 as Head Chef, retaining the Star and making him the youngest chef to hold one. They now have dozens of accolades under their belt, including owning one of the best restaurants in York.
