What to expect from the menu

Maki and Ramen’s backstory

After studying at a top sushi academy in the heart of Tokyo, the founder Teddy Lee wanted to bring a true taste of Japan to the UK. He opened the first Maki and Ramen in 2015 and now operates 7 branches across the country, including Maki and Ramen in Leeds.
