Yorkshire Food Festivals 2025
Scarborough Food Festival | 12th – 13th April 2025
Hosted at Scarborough’s Open Air Theatre, this free-to-enter festival is going to be one not to miss! Expect 50 independent, international food stalls offering a variety of delicious dishes from around the world.
Try a new cuisine and choose your sweet treats, preserves and crumbling cheeses to take away and enjoy at home. There will be popular fairground rides to keep the kids entertained, as well as a tipi bar for the adults.

Tower Works Street Festival, Leeds | First weekend of every month, from May to September 2025
The team behind the award-winning North Leeds, Harrogate, Ilkley & Riverside Food & Drink Festivals has collaborated with Mustard Wharf to bring back the Tower Works Street Festival for the second year running.
Taking place in the Tower Works neighbourhood on the waterside, this free-to-attend festival brings a whole new street food and makers market concept to Leeds.
Expect a jam-packed lineup of some of the best street food and drink vendors, as well as plenty of live music and entertainment for the perfect family-fun day out.

North Leeds Food Festival | 10th – 11th May 2025
Returning to Roundhay Park for its 9th year is the North Leeds Food Festival, set to showcase a variety of the best food and drink. Expect expert chef demos from some of our favourite local and region-wide chefs, organised by us here at Yorkshire Food Guide.

Whitby Fish & Ships Festival | 17th – 18th May 2025
For all you swashbuckling samplers, live chefs are cooking up local fresh seafood at the Fish and Ships Fest. Take a tour of real ships and trawlers in the harbour, as well as the historical sailing museum, and a replica of the HM Bark Endeavour to explore.
With a singing and dancing seafaring show in the line up too, head down to the docks to see what the fuss is about. You might even spot a pirate or two!

Great British Food Festival, Harewood House, Leeds | 24th – 26th May 2025
Taking over Harewood House for a weekend in May is the Great British Food Festival, promising an action packed bank holiday!
The line-up includes over 100 top local and national producers, tasty street food, celebrity chef demos, a BBQ stage, great live music, kids activities and men v food. Even better, your festival ticket includes free entry to Harewood’s magnificent house, gardens and grounds.
The Great British Food Festival is also dog-friendly, so it’s perfect for the whole family.

Sheffield Food Festival | 24th – 26th May 2025

Malton Food Lovers Festival | 24th – 26th May 2025
Dubbed Yorkshire’s food capital, Malton’s annual Food Lovers Fest welcomes foodies from all over. Celebrating all things Yorkshire, expect to find locally reared and grown produce, cooked and presented by the people that guided the process of farm to fork.
All the familiar features of a Yorkshire food festival include artisan stalls, kids cookery classes, cask and craft ale bars, food tastings, live music and demos. It’s been described as ‘Yorkshire’s Foodie Glastonbury’, and it’s free entry!

Filey Food Festival | June 7th – 8th, August 9th – 10th, and October 11th – 12th, 2025
Stroll around 60 booths featuring the best produce from across the Yorkshire region, as well as beyond. Spend an amazing day with the whole family and tuck into homemade cakes and bakes, locally caught seafood, sweet chocolates and so much more.
Savour street food cuisine from the Caribbean, South Africa, Italy, Greece and Thailand. The festival is taking place in June and August in 2024, based in the Filey Evron Centre and beautiful Crescent Gardens.

Ilkley Food Festival | 14th – 15th June 2025
The Ilkley Food and Drink Festival will arrive at East Holmes Field on 14th – 15th June 2025, showcasing a huge selection of the best food, drink, performing arts and talented chefs in the area.

Harrogate Food and Drink Festival returns to The Stray (June 28th – 29th) and Ripley Castle (August 23rd – 25th), promising interactive tasting experiences and a weekend full of live entertainment.
