Ambiente’s Rose Sangria
With the sunny weather just round the corner we thought it would be a great time to share with you this spanish summer cocktail from one of our favourite tapas restaurants, Ambiente.
250ml Las Corazas Rosado (Rose wine)
50ml Martini Bianco
35ml White Rum
35ml Triple Sec
Topped up with lemonade
A few chopped strawberries
A handful of raspberries
A sprig of mint
Combine all the ingredients apart from the lemonade and mint, place in the fridge to chill for about an hour. Pour into a jug, top with lemonade and finish with a sprig of mint.
Then stir and sip. Once you reach the bottom of the glass, a gift of irresistible boozy fruit to nibble one at a time is waiting for you! Enjoy.
